Brandon Kloeckner
Chapter PresidentBrandon Kloeckner is a junior at Loras College and is a double major in Business Administration and Sports Management.
Brandon is the Chapter President of our chapter, serving as the head and voice for everything that we do. He leads our chapter and creates strategies to share important updates, promote events, and highlight the accomplishments of our brothers. He works with university staff and alumni to spread positive news about the chapter, helping improve public perception and support recruitment. He also keeps parents and brothers informed and engaged. With a focus on protecting and promoting the cardinal virtues of SigEp, Brandon is the cornerstone in growing our presence and keeping everyone connected.
Benjamin Ritter
Vice President of ProgrammingBenjamin "Ben" Ritter is a first year at Loras College and is currently undecided in his major.
Ben is the Vice President of Programming for our chapter. He leads the planning and coordination of events that help our chapter stay connected, grow stronger, and live out SigEp’s values. Working closely with other leaders, he builds a well-rounded calendar that includes everything from service projects and philanthropy to social events and brotherhood activities. Ben also makes sure each event is safe and well-organized by teaming up with the chapter to look out for the well-being of everyone involved. His goal is to create meaningful and fun experiences that strengthen our chapter and bring members together.
Maxwell Clasen
Vice President of SigEp Learning Community and BMS ChairmanMawell "Max" Clasen is a junior at Loras College and is a double major in Creative Media and Political Science.
Max leads the SigEp Learning Community by creating a supportive environment where members can grow both personally and academically. He works closely with faculty, staff, and his committee to organize educational programs and partnerships that align with our values. Max also manages the Balanced Man Scholarship program, helping to recognize and reward members who demonstrate outstanding commitment to SigEp’s mission. Through his leadership, Max ensures the learning community offers valuable opportunities for development and supports the overall success of our brothers.

Jack Ruswick
Vice President of FinanceJack Ruswick is a first year at Loras College and is majoring in Secondary Education.
Jack is responsible for the financial side of Iowa Eta and keeps track of logistical tabs. He is responsible for budgets, tracking spending, and financial inquires of the chapter. Jack's work to Iowa Eta demonstrates his passion for the cardinal virtues of SigEp by upholding responsibility in the chapter. Additionally, Jack ensures that every chapter member strives for financial literacy and accountability in respectively paying dues and contributing to the needs of the chapter.

Nivesh Khanal
Vice President of Member DevelopmentNivesh Khanal is a sophomore at Loras College and is majoring in Business Administration and Marketing.
Nivesh is responsible for guiding the growth and development of every member in our chapter through the Balanced Man Program. He leads and manages the development committee, making sure each challenge and program runs smoothly and effectively. Nivesh works closely with other chapter leaders to coordinate events and avoid scheduling conflicts, ensuring members get the most out of every opportunity. He also helps manage larger development events and supports the committee in carrying out key activities. Additionally, Nivesh partners with the chaplain and standards board to coordinate important developmental events and uphold members’ commitment to their personal growth throughout their time in the chapter.

Daeshon Verner
Vice President of RecruitmentDaeshon Verner is a junior at Loras College and is a major in Biochemistry with a focus in medicine.
Daeshon is the Vice President of Recruitment for our chapter. He plans out a schedule for Rush Week and actively pitches Iowa Eta to potential brothers. Implementing SigEp's cardinal principles, he works closely with SigEp leaders to build a welcoming community that at its core, strives to see young men be the best version of themselves. Additionally, Daeshon ensures that SigEp is consistently and constantly recruiting men who desire to grow and be the best version of themselves.

Carter Hayden
Vice President of CommunicationsCarter Hayden is a first year at Loras College and is a triple major in Psychology, Philosophy, and Music Studies.
Serving as the Vice President of Communications, Carter represents the face of Iowa Eta to others. He is responsible for maintaining the cardinal principles of SigEp while creating fun filled posts that promote the positive atmosphere that is SigEp. His role in Sigma Phi Epsilon ensures that others are actively seeing progress, duty, and service in Iowa Eta. Additionally, Carter plays an important factor in upholding the dignity and respect that is Sigma Phi Epsilon.

Daniel Juarez
Chapter ChaplainDaniel Juarez is a senior at Loras College and is majoring in Data Science.
Daniel serves as the Chaplain for our chapter, balancing the responsibilities of upholding our values. As Chaplain, he leads the standards board, communicates expectations, manages trial and appeals processes, and ensures the chapter follows both local and national policies. He also serves as a moral compass, offering guidance to members and leadership when it comes to decision-making and conduct. His leadership helps keep the chapter accountable, both ethically and morally.

He sets high standards for himself and others, ensuring that every member contributes to the chapter’s goals. Patrick actively builds strong relationships with university staff, advisors, and fraternity leadership, helping to maintain a supportive and connected community. He also plays a key role in promoting safety and well-being, working with other leaders in the chapter to create a positive and healthy environment for everyone.
